Proactive subscriptions

Proactively subscribe to receive email or Slack notifications about Adobe Cloud Products and Services incidents and maintenance events. Please follow the steps outlined below to get set up.

Subscribe to Proactive Notifications

Step 1

Navigate to Manage Subscriptions

  • Open Status.adobe.com
  • Click on Manage Subscriptions.
  • Sign in using your Adobe credentials or create an account to log in.

Step 2

Select Products and Services

  • Click on Create Subscriptions.
  • Expand the Clouds and select your desired Adobe products.
  • Wherever available, select desired Services under the Products and click on Continue.

Step 3

Select Regions and Event Types

  • Select Regions.
  • Select Event types.
    • Major Service Issues indicate service unavailability or severe performance degradation for multiple users on production systems.
    • Minor Service Issues indicate partial service unavailability or moderate performance degradation for multiple users on production systems.
    • Maintenances are scheduled windows to perform product maintenances that may impact product availability or performance.
    • Announcements are Global, Product family or Product-related messages that have a wider impact; an example from the past would be a Covid-19 message. Other examples would be global security vulnerabilities like log4j, support centers down, etc.
  • For certain products, you can also see Environments. Select the environments you would like to subscribe to and click on Continue.

Step 4

Set up notification preferences

  • You can select Email, Slack or both as communication methods.
  • Please note that there are additional steps to setup Slack as a communication method.

Step 5

Review and confirm your subscriptions

  • Review your subscription preferences and click on confirm.
  • If you select Slack, you will be directed to setup your Slack channel once the preferences are saved.
  • Once these steps have been completed, you will begin receiving notifications for your selected Adobe products per your subscriptions preferences.
