Prerequisite - Create or choose an existing Slack channel before continuing. You can choose from a public channel, a private channel, or a direct message to a user or group of users.

Step 1

Customize your Subscription preferences.

• Open Status.adobe.com
• Click on Manage subscriptions
• Select your preferred Products and Offerings
• Select your preferred Regions and Events
• Select Slack as your preferred Notification, in addition to Email
• Click on 'Confirm and setup Slack'

Step 2

Add Adobe Status app to Slack

• Choose at the top right, the Slack workspace where you created the channel
  • In some cases, your Slack Admin will need to first approve adding Adobe Status app to the selected workspace
  • Once Admin approves the app, you will receive confirmation via your workspace Slackbot
  • After the app is approved, repeat Step 1 to confirm your preferences and setup Slack
• Choose the Slack channel, the user, or the group of users from the dropdown list.
• Click 'Allow'

Get notified in real time

Receive Slack notifications based on your subscription preferences whenever Adobe creates, updates or resolves a product event.
